For Consultation
　We have received many inquiries from patients who wish to visit the out patient clinic of "Okayama Dream Conversation Project" from distant places.
　Patient whose residence is far from Okayama City often concerns if the treatment would be really applicable for his/her own case.
　So far, we have tried to give appropriate advice by e-mail, fax or phone, for all the inquiries. However, it has been very difficult to correctly figure out the tongue condition of each patient. Although we will continue to accept any inquiries by e-mail, fax or phone, we recommend you to send us the short video files mentioned below. Precise advices would be available after grasping your condition with video.
　Although real accurate diagnosis will come after the medical examination in Okayama, you will be able to get certain information when you send the video files from your smartphone or PC.

Please be sure to read and follow the instructions below.




1) Give us your e-mail address by which you wish to receive a reply from us. PC address would be recommended. (Because some smart phone e-mail address blocks a reply from PC.)
　The video files can be sent from your smart phone. But be sure to let us know your e-mail address to be replied.

２）What to send
　Four video files are recommended.
(WARNING: Be sure not to take your eyes in the view field in order to protect your privacy.)

c) tongue and oral movement
　　　　　　　(1) try to maximally open and close your jaw 3 times
　　　　　　　(2) try to clearly produce the word "tongue" 3 times
　　　　　　　(3) try to clearly produce the word "light" 3 times
　　　　　　　(4) try to maximally push your tongue forward 3 times
　　　　　　　(5) maximally open your jaw and push up your tongue upward maximally and forcefully for 3 times
　　　　　　　(6) maximally open your jaw and move your tongue up and down as quick as possible

3) Agreement
　The video files which you send us will be viewed in our clinical conference in Okayama University Hospital and have a possibility to be used in medical scientific meeting or scientifc materials after removing all personal identifiers from the file in order to contribute to the progress of this treatment field .


Only when you accept the above description, please send us your video files. By sending your video files to us, you shall be deemed to have agreed to transfer all the copyright and the right of use of the files to us.


3) Mailing address



　We will try to reply as soon as possible. However, if you do not receive any reply from us for a week, please check the mailing address again and send us a simple short e-mail without attached files, please.
