「タキサンジテルペンの化学変換と構造活性相関研究」(堀口透博士) 2010.12更新

タキソールは新しい抗ガン剤として全世界的に注目されていますが、供給源のイチイの木の成長は遅く、全合成による供給も困難です。そこで、天然に比較的多量に存在するタキシニンに注目し、タキソール類似体への変換を試みています。また、タキソールの1位水酸基の必要性についての研究もかねています。
