About US
Advanced Machining Laboratory of Okayama University is doing research on EDM, EBM, LBM, ECM, biomachining and so on. With the rapid progress of technology, various new materials which have many excellent properties have been developed, and the characteristics of industrial materials have been improved. Most of these materials are difficult to machine by the conventional methods and they require some new machining methods. In our laboratory, various new machining methods for the future with electric, electronic, optical, magnetic, chemical and biological energy as a tool have been studied.

- 2026.3.05 一般社団法人日本機械学会より，丸山航平さん（B4）が中国四国学生会第56回学生員卒業研究発表講演会で優秀発表賞を受賞しました
- 2026.3.05 令和7年度修士論文公聴会においてそのプレゼンテーションが高く評価され，坂田蓮さん(M2)，松本虎太郎さん(M2)，河合泰暉さん(M2)がそれぞれ優秀賞を受賞しました
