Effective use of environment-friendly thermal energy
We are conducting basic and applied research for the utilization of unused thermal energy and the improvement of efficiency of thermal equipment. For example, development of heat storage / cold storage technology using the phase change materials, equipment for air conditioning / refrigeration using organic sorbents, examination of control for droplet freezing, evaporation, and transportation based on surface properties, and basic research on energy-saving equipment. We are engaged in a wide range of research, from industrially useful research such as joint research to elucidation of micro science.
