Bio
Samsul Huda received the B.S. degree in Telecommunication Engineering and the M.E. degree in Information and Computer Engineering from Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia, in 2014 and 2016, respectively. He received a Ph.D. degree in Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology from Okayama University, Japan in 2020. Previously, he worked at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya (known as UNTAG Surabaya), Indonesia, as a lecturer in Informatics department. Since October 2022, he has been working at Okayama University, Japan as Specially Appointed Assistant Professor at Green Innovation Center. As of April 2025, following the university’s structural reorganization, the center is now part of the Interdisciplinary Education and Research Field, where he is currently affiliated. His research interests include internet of things (IoT), network security and computer networks. He is the guest editor for special issues in Scientific Reports, Sensors, CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua and Entropy, and has organized special sessions at ICCE-TW (2024, 2025 and 2026) and ICCE 2025, and served as a session chair at several international conferences. He is a senior member of IEEE and member of IAENG.
